Galveston Island is a unique place just 53 short miles from Houston, Texas.   We are proud of what we're building at Sweetwater Cove on Galveston's Near West Bay.  Years of design and planning have brought us to where we are today.  Over the course of our lives and careers we often strive to be part of something big and exciting, and that certainly has it's place.
